Bitget Adds Anthropic to IPO Prime Ahead of Potential $1.75T Listing

Bitget has expanded its IPO Prime platform with an offering linked to artificial intelligence company Anthropic, giving eligible users access to another pre-IPO investment opportunity ahead of its anticipated Nasdaq listing.

The crypto exchange announced Anthropic as the third company featured on IPO Prime, following earlier initiatives involving SpaceX and OpenAI.

Anthropic recently filed for an initial public offering, with market estimates placing its valuation at up to $1.75 trillion. The offering will feature two subscription rounds, with different allocation limits, fees, and settlement arrangements.

The VIP Round will run from November 5, 2026, at 08:00 UTC to November 9 at 08:00 UTC. It has a total subscription cap of $1 billion, with individual subscriptions limited to $3 million. The minimum subscription is $100.

The Public Round will open on November 10 at 08:00 UTC and remain available until 08:00 UTC on the day before the IPO. It carries a total subscription cap of $200 million and an individual limit of $25,000, with the same $100 minimum.

Both rounds accept subscriptions in USDT or USDGO, Bitget’s supported stablecoin option. Final allocations will depend on availability and the confirmed IPO timetable.

The two subscription rounds come with different fees and allocation arrangements. The VIP Round requires an upfront fee of 12%, with a historical allocation rate of 40% to 80%. Settlement is expected approximately three to five business days after the IPO.

Meanwhile, the Public Round carries a lower upfront fee of 5%, with trading access targeted for the listing date. However, allocations are less certain under this arrangement.

Users may receive full or partial allocations depending on availability. Any subscription funds not allocated will be refunded according to the offering terms.

Following settlement, allocated underlying shares will be held through designated brokerage and custody partners. Eligible users will also receive corresponding rANT tokens, connecting traditional share ownership and settlement arrangements with tokenized access through Bitget.

The structure allows participants to subscribe through their existing Bitget accounts without opening separate brokerage accounts.

Anthropic’s anticipated public listing comes amid growing investor interest in artificial intelligence companies. The company filed for its IPO on October 26 and submitted an amended filing on November 2. However, its final valuation and offering price remain unconfirmed.

The potential $1.75 trillion valuation has drawn attention to the scale of investor interest surrounding the company and the limited access retail investors traditionally have to IPO allocations before public trading begins.

Bitget’s IPO Prime aims to address this gap by connecting eligible users with allocation opportunities through participating institutional funds and brokers.

Commenting on the expansion, Bitget CEO Gracy Chen said IPO opportunities have historically been reserved largely for institutional investors and wealthy clients.

“For years, IPO opportunities have been largely reserved for institutional investors and wealthy clients. We want to change that,” Chen said.

She added that IPO Prime makes it easier for more people to access previously restricted opportunities, describing the initiative as part of Bitget’s Universal Exchange (UEX) strategy.

The Anthropic offering further expands Bitget’s efforts to bring traditional financial market opportunities into its cryptocurrency trading ecosystem, following its earlier IPO Prime initiatives involving SpaceX and OpenAI.
