06:06 AM EDT, 10/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BHAV Acquisition Corp II (BHAIU) priced its initial public offering of 10 million units at $10 each, the company said Wednesday evening. The units are expected to start trading Thursday on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "BHAIU," the company said. The offering is expected to close Friday. BHAV also granted the underwriter a 45-day option to buy up to 1.5 million additional units at the IPO price. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one right entitling the holder to receive one-fourth of a Class A ordinary share upon completion of BHAV's initial business combination, the company said. Once the shares and rights start trading separately, they are expected to trade on Nasdaq under the symbols "BHAI" and "BHAIR," respectively, BHAV said.
