Deep Sea Minerals Appoints Raj Matthew as Chief Financial Officer

07:07 AM EDT, 10/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Deep Sea Minerals (SEAS.CN) appointed Raj Matthew as its Chief Financial Officer, it said in a statement late Tuesday. Steven Nguyen will transition from the CFO role to Vice President of Finance and will continue to serve as a director of the company, it said. The company said Matthew, who has more than 25 years of financial leadership experience, also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Asante Technologies, a Nasdaq-listed networking hardware company. Shares of the company closed up 1.2% to CA$0.84 on Tuesday on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
