Ann Joo Resources subsidiary IAC Infrastructure secures RM 61.89 million solar project subcontract

- The contract covers interconnection facilities and transmission lines for an approximately 100 MWac solar plant in Malaysia’s northern region.
- Project completion is expected by the third quarter of 2027.
- The project is expected to contribute positively to group earnings for the financial year ending December 31, 2027.
