Visa (V) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $3.48 per diluted share, up from $2.98 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $3.44. Net revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30 was $12.14 billion, up from $10.72 billion a year earlier. Analysts expected $12.09 billion. The company raised its quarterly dividend to $0.78 per class A share from $0.67, payable Dec.1 to stockholders of record Nov. 10.
