Crypto Scholar: 10.28 Ethereum (ETH) Comprehensive Pressure on Moving Average System—This Level Will Determine the Next Direction?

Some say it will drop to 2,000, others say it will return to 2,800. Actually, those numbers aren't what matter most—what's important is identifying the key levels and knowing what action to take when they are reached. When I analyze, I'm never ambiguous. I lay out the resistance, support, entry, and stop-loss levels clearly, so both right and wrong calls are transparent here. Trading isn't about making the best predictions—it's about losing less when you're wrong and making more when you're right. Follow me, and together, through rationality and discipline, we can accumulate steadily in this highly volatile market.

On the daily chart, Ethereum closed around 2,350 yesterday with a 2.54% intraday range. After pulling back from a high of 2,806, it has been in a correction phase for almost a month. The current price is precisely at the EMA120 line at 2,333, which serves as the medium-term dividing line between bull and bear trends. The TD sequential sell setup is at candle 6, indicating that bearish momentum is still playing out, but the MACD green bars are starting to shrink, and both DIF and DEA are operating below the zero line—a typical sign of either a downward continuation or bottom formation. The next few days are crucial. The lower Bollinger band at 2,309 is strong support, while the mid-band at 2,425 is the first hurdle in any rebound. The overall trend on the daily chart remains weak; unless the price reclaims 2,400, any uptick is just a rebound, and it's not the right time to bottom-fish blindly.

Switching to the four-hour timeframe, the signals turn more positive. Price has rebounded from the 2,281 low and just gave the first candle in the TD sequential buy setup—an initial hint of short-term stabilization. The MACD has made a bullish crossover below zero, and the green histogram has turned red towards 6.95, with bullish strength slowly building. However, beware: the current price of 2,350 is right below the EMA30 at 2,351.63, and the EMA60 at 2,384 is providing strong resistance. The Bollinger bands are opening downward, but price is now above the mid-band at 2,332; the upper band at 2,369 is the short-term target. The four-hour structure is one of oversold bounce. Whether the rally continues depends on an effective breakout above 2,370—only then can we look higher towards 2,400.

Short-term Reference:

If the price is blocked between 2,330 and 2,300 in the northbound move, set a 30-point stop-loss, with a target at 2,370 to 2,420.

If the price stalls between 2,380 and 2,420 in a southbound move, set a 30-point stop-loss, targeting 2,340 to 2,300.
