Texas Instruments Prices $2 Billion in Senior Notes

04:19 AM EDT, 10/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Texas Instruments (TXN) priced four series of senior unsecured notes totaling $2 billion, the company said Monday. The notes, which mature between 2028 and 2036, are expected to be issued on Nov. 9. The semiconductor company plans to use the proceeds to partially fund its acquisition of Silicon Laboratories and pay related fees and expenses, it added.
