Accelevation Offers Growth Prospects, Risk, Morgan Stanley Says

MT newswireMT newswire2026/10/26 14:56
10:56 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Accelevation (ACCV) has a robust growth opportunity with exposure to data center growth but also faces risk of a slowdown in spend, Morgan Stanley said in a Monday report. The stock offers the most concentrated exposure in its coverage to the highest growth end market across US Industrials, US Data Center capex, with outsized exposure to hyperscalers, it said. "The opportunity is robust but also carries risk," the report said. Hyperscaler capex, a significant driver of data center spend, is expected to decelerate beyond 2027, and revisions have slowed through Q3 amid rising funding concerns, the note said. "We see a robust growth opportunity for ACCV, but we are cautious of the outlook for 2028 and beyond, as capex growth decelerates and competition likely stiffens," the report said. "We feel a sizeable discount is justified by questions around duration," the note said. Morgan Stanley initiated coverage of the stock with an equalweight rating and a price target of $18.
