- Tegoprubart improved all five quality-of-life subscales through Month 12, compared with four of five for tacrolimus.
- Symptoms and problems scores improved 9.0 points with tegoprubart versus 3.3 with tacrolimus, a statistically significant difference (p < 0.05).
- Month 12 symptom occurrence scores were significantly lower with tegoprubart at 18.6 versus 25.7 with tacrolimus.
- Kidney function was higher with tegoprubart across all measurable time points; biopsy-proven acute rejection did not differ between groups at Month 12.
