07:04 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Goldcana Resources (GC.CN) closed its non-brokered private placement of 2 million flow-through common shares at CA$0.50 each, raising CA$1 million, the company said late Friday. The company will use the funds for exploration expenditures on the La Sarre property, it added.
