05:02 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Elbit Systems (ESLT) said Monday it won contracts worth about $200 million from a country in Asia-Pacific to supply airborne surveillance and targeting gear and training equipment, with the work running up to five years. The contracts cover the Spectro 12 sensor pod for helicopters, which uses imaging sensors, a laser designator, and AI-powered image processing to detect and track targets at long range and in bad weather, the company said. Support and upgrades for aircraft training systems offering real-time combat simulation and weapon scoring are also included, as are head-up displays for day and night operations, Elbit Systems said.
