Eli Lilly Says Olomorasib Shows 'Durable Efficacy' in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Studies

04:52 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Eli Lilly (LLY) said new trial data showed olomorasib delivered durable first-line activity in patients with KRAS 12 G12C-mutant non-small cell lung cancer. Results from a phase 1/2 study and a phase 3 study showed olomorasib combined with Keytruda demonstrated durable efficacy across PD-L1 expression levels, with median progression-free survival and duration of response not yet reached after a median follow-up of nearly 21 months, the company said. In a separate study, the drug combined with chemoimmunotherapy achieved a 62% overall response rate, a median duration of response of 14.5 months and a median progression-free survival of 11.6 months in first-line advanced KRAS G12-mutant non-small cell lung cancer patients. Lilly said the findings support the ongoing phase 3 Sunray-01 study and that it expects initial randomized data from the trial in H1 2027.
