03:37 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Genmab (GMAB) and Incyte (INCY) said Saturday they agreed to test petosemtamab with Incyte's treatment plus standard chemotherapy as a first-line treatment for metastatic colorectal cancer with a specific KRAS mutation. Genmab will run the phase 1/2 study and Incyte will co-fund it and supply its treatment drug, the companies said. Petosemtamab is an experimental bispecific antibody targeting the EGFR and LGR5 proteins, and Incyte's treatment blocks the KRAS mutation found in about 40% of colorectal cancers, they said.
