Stockland starts construction on Birtinya Central mixed-use development

- The project is expected to attract approximately $3.72 billion in development investment, including GST.
- The approximately 28-hectare precinct will accommodate up to 2,600 apartments alongside commercial and community space.
- BMD will deliver civil and infrastructure works underpinning the development's public realm.
- Once operational, the precinct is expected to support 4,205 ongoing full-time-equivalent jobs.
