04:50 PM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SunScout Holding Limited (SNSC) said the underwriters' representative has waived the lock-up restriction on certain shares held by an entity wholly owned by a company officer. The waiver covers 920,000 Class A ordinary shares held by JKM Equity Limited and takes effect Oct. 27.
