Genmab's Rina-S Meets Phase 3 Primary Endpoint in Ovarian Cancer Trial

12:23 PM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Genmab (GMAB) said Friday its investigational drug Rina-S met the primary endpoint of progression-free survival in a phase 3 trial of patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. The drug reduced the risk of disease progression or death by 71% in the overall patient population and 67% in the primary analysis set compared with investigator's choice chemotherapy. Rina-S also met the key secondary endpoint of overall survival, reducing the risk of death by 57% in the overall population. The drug's safety profile was consistent with previous findings, with no new safety concerns identified.
