Iovance Biotherapeutics Reports 62.5% Overall Response Rate in Phase 2 Melanoma Trial

11:14 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Iovance Biotherapeutics (IOVA) said Friday that the final phase 2 analysis showed a one-time dose of lifileucel combined with pembrolizumab achieved a 62.5% overall response rate and a 29.2% complete response rate in frontline advanced melanoma. Median overall survival had not been reached at a median study follow-up of 50.9 months. Safety was consistent with the underlying disease and the known safety profiles of lifileucel and pembrolizumab, the company said. The data were presented at the ESMO Congress in Madrid, Spain.
