Slam Exploration to Start Drill Campaign at Moose Lake Project in New Brunswick

11:07 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Slam Exploration (SXL.V) said on Friday that it mobilized a drill team to its Moose Lake project in New Brunswick. Two diamond drill holes totaling 224.5 meters were drilled along the Moose Lake Fault Zone beneath antimony bearing trenches that were completed by the company earlier this year. Eight samples from the Skull and Moose Lake trenches, about 3.5 kilometers apart along the Moose Lake Fault Zone, returned above 0.5% antimony, a statement said. The drilling campaign is designed to test the continuity of the antimony-gold-silver mineralization exposed in the 2026 trenches. "Our trenching crews have exposed antimony mineralization at two separate occurrences along the Moose Lake Fault Zone, both being hosted within a silicified breccia," said Slam Chief Executive Officer Jimmy Gravel. "At Moose Lake, we have antimony in trenches and outcrop over roughly 850 meters, and at Skull we see high-grade antimony sitting next to gold- and silver-rich quartz."
