The overall population had a mean baseline Kansas City Cardiomyopathy Questionnaire Clinical Summary Score of 59, indicating a substantial symptom burden. The trial's primary efficacy endpoint is the change from baseline in KCCQ-CSS at week 26, the biopharmaceutical company said. Topline results are anticipated in Q1 of 2027, the company said.
