Bristol Myers Squibb, Tempus AI Collaborating With Pathos AI on Alzheimer's Drug Research

09:43 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bristol Myers Squibb (BMY), Tempus AI (TEM) and Pathos AI announced multi-year strategic collaborations to use artificial intelligence and patient data to advance drug development for Alzheimer's disease and other neurological conditions, the companies said Friday. Under a five-year, $55 million agreement, Tempus will develop a de-identified dataset covering hundreds of thousands of neurological patients for Pathos to license and analyze using its Foundry AI platform to study disease biology, disease progression and clinical-trial design. Bristol Myers Squibb is leading Pathos's Series E financing and will gain access to Foundry across its R&D portfolio, along with three-year exclusive rights for neuroscience development programs, it added.
