Kenorland Minerals to Raise up to CA$11 Million in a Non-Brokered Private Placement of Shares

09:23 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kenorland Minerals (KLD.V) plans to raise gross proceeds of up to CA$11 million through a non-brokered private placement of up to 5.24 million shares priced at CA$2.10 each, it said late Thursday. The company will use the proceeds to fund its exploration activities on its existing project portfolio, for potential future property acquisitions and for general working capital, said the company. The company may close the financing in multiple tranches and expects it to close on or about Nov. 3, or such other date as the company may determine, subject to certain conditions, it added. The company has the right to increase the number of shares offered in the financing by up to around 2.5 million additional shares as an over-allotment option, Kenorland added. The company's shares closed down CA$0.03 to CA$2.10 Thursday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
