Sierra Bancorp Approves One Million Share Buyback Program; Keeps Dividend at $0.27 a Share

09:15 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sierra Bancorp (BSRR) has approved a new share repurchase program for up to 1 million shares of its outstanding common stock, the company said Friday. The share repurchase program will begin after the current program expires on Oct. 31, and it will run for one year. The new program replaces the current one, under which 381,532 shares remain available for repurchase, the company said. Sierra Bancorp said it has also approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 a share, unchanged from the prior quarter. The dividend will be paid on Nov. 9 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 2.
