08:59 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Midera Food Processing (MFP) said Friday that it has acquired Phoenix Innovations, a designer and maker of poultry processing equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. Midera said Russellville, Arkansas-based Phoenix Innovations, which specializes in needle injection, marination, tumbling, and thermal processing, is operating at an annual revenue run rate of approximately $25 million. Shares of Midera Food Processing were up 1.1% premarket.
