Mineros Proposes $58 Million Special Dividend

08:33 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mineros S-A (MSA.TO) plans to distribute a special dividend of $58 million or $0.20 per share, the gold miner said Friday. The extraordinary dividend will be paid Dec. 4 to shareholders of record on Dec. 1. This will be paid on top of an ordinary dividend of $0.10 per share that was approved in March. The board recommended that shareholders approve the special dividend during a special meeting on Nov. 24. Mineros operates mines in Colombia and Nicaragua.
