- Higher-dose treatment in 20 patients with gynecologic cancers yielded a 60% objective response rate; confirmed responses reached 55%.
- Responses remained ongoing beyond 2.5 years across indications.
- Dose-limiting toxicities occurred in four of 98 patients; the maximum tolerated dose was not reached at 12.5 billion cells.
