Visi Media Asia Says Debt-to-Equity Swap Fulfills Court-Approved Restructuring Obligations

- Affiliated creditors Harta Abadi Jaya and Jayakarta Sugih Makmur will receive shares to settle debt under the court-ratified restructuring agreement.
- The issue price will be the higher of IDR 40 or the 25-trading-day average closing price before the additional-share listing application.
- Free float will fall to 15.04% from 49.36% following the placement.
- If shareholders reject the plan, management will seek another vote; failure to fulfill restructuring obligations could trigger bankruptcy proceedings.
