Copper Fox Metals Plans to Change Fiscal Year-End to Dec. 31 From Oct. 31

07:27 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Copper Fox Metals (CUU.V) agreed to change the end of its financial year to Dec. 31 from Oct. 31 to streamline financial and tax reporting with the calendar year, the company said Friday. The new financial calendar will align Copper Fox's fiscal year-end with that of its Schaft Creek joint venture with Teck Resources (TECK-A.TO, TECK-B.TO). Teck owns a 75% stake in the joint venture while Copper Fox owns the remaining 25%. Copper Fox has requested the Canada Revenue Agency to approve the change in the company's financial year-end.
