Tango Therapeutics Reports 82% Response Rate in Pancreatic Cancer Trial

07:19 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tango Therapeutics (TNGX) reported an 82% objective response rate for its vopimetostat-daraxonrasib combination in previously treated pancreatic cancer patients, with median progression-free survival not yet reached in updated phase 1/2 data, the company said Friday. Among 22 evaluable patients, the combination achieved an 88% nine-month progression-free survival rate and a 100% disease control rate, while 40% of safety-evaluable patients experienced grade 3 treatment-related adverse events, the company said. Tango plans to launch a global, randomized phase 3 trial in H1 2027, comparing the combination with standard chemotherapy in previously untreated patients with MTAP-deleted pancreatic cancer. The company also reported a 54% response rate and a 61% nine-month progression-free survival rate for vopimetostat combined with Revolution Medicines' zoldonrasib in 35 pancreatic cancer patients, it added. Tango Therapeutics shares were up 0.6% in premarket activity.
