Ryde Group Proposes 10% Stake in OneT Solutions

06:26 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ryde Group (RYDE) signed a non-binding term sheet to acquire an initial 10% stake in Singapore-based OneT Solutions, with an option to increase its ownership to 20%, the company said on Friday. The proposed investment would involve cash and newly issued Ryde Class A shares, it said. The companies will conduct due diligence and an independent valuation during a 60-day exclusivity period, targeting definitive agreements within 90 days, the ride-hailing and carpooling company added.
