07:12 PM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- lululemon athletica (LULU) said on Thursday it has appointed Tara Poseley, its former chief product officer, to its board of directors, effective Oct. 19. The appointment expands the board to 13 directors, 12 of whom are independent, and is tied to the company's May 26 cooperation agreement with founder Chip Wilson. Poseley served as lululemon's chief product officer from 2013 to 2015 and was most recently CEO of Paula's Choice Skincare from 2016 to 2023.
