05:30 PM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals International (KNSA) said late Thursday in a regulatory filing it has appointed Ross Moat as president and chief operating officer, effective immediately. Moat was most recently the company's executive vice president, chief operating officer, according to the filing.
