The Philadelphia Oil Service Sector Index dropped 3.4%, and the Dow Jones US Utilities Index was adding 1.7%. Separately, the company reported lower Q3 results, with adjusted earnings meeting market expectations and revenue missing the consensus forecast. Shares were down 1.8%. Infineum, a UK-based chemicals group co-owned by Shell (SHEL) and Exxon Mobil (XOM), is exploring an $8 billion sale, the Financial Times reported. Shell shares were up 0.5%, and Exxon was 0.2% lower.
