Future Fuels Raises CA$6.6 Million in Private Placement of Share Units And Flow-Through Units

12:06 PM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Future Fuels (FTUR.V), down 12.5% on last look, raised CA$6.6 million in its private placement of share units and flow-through units, the company said on Thursday. Future Fuels sold 6.3-million units at CA$0.32 each and 11.95-million units at CA$0.38 each. Each unit consists of one share and one warrant, while each flow-through unit consists of one share and half of one warrant. Each unit warrant and flow-through unit warrant can buy a share at CA$0.45, for three years, a statement said. Proceeds from the sale of the units will be used to advance the Hornby Basin Project in Nunavut, while proceeds from the sale of the flow-through units will be used for Canadian exploration expenses.
