10:45 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The developer of AT&T's (T) global headquarters in Plano, Texas, is seeking to raise about $3.5 billion through private financing to back construction of the campus, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing unnamed sources familiar with the matter. The report said real estate firm KDC is seeking a credit tenant lease financing, which would be linked to the lease payments it would get from AT&T after building the campus. AT&T did not immediately respond to a request for comment by MT Newswires. (Market Chatter news is derived from conversations with market professionals globally.
