Myriad Genetics Says New Results Show Potential of MRD Detection in Colorectal, Pancreatic Cancers

10:17 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Myriad Genetics (MYGN) said Thursday new data from an ongoing study showed the potential of its whole-genome sequencing-based Precise MRD platform to support molecular residual disease detection in people with resectable colorectal and pancreatic cancers. The results will be presented at this year's European Society for Medical Oncology Congress, the company said. The study assessed whether personalized MRD testing could identify people at higher risk of recurrence after surgery and provide earlier molecular insight than regular clinical surveillance, Myriad said.
