09:51 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Plumas Bancorp (PLBC) said Thursday that Kelsey Cassinelli has been named chief financial officer, effective Jan. 1, 2027, succeeding Richard Belstock, who is retiring. Cassinelli is currently principal accounting officer, the company said. Belstock will remain with Plumas Bank as special assistant to the president following his retirement, Plumas Bancorp said. The preliminary November Consumer Sentiment Index from the University of Michigan rose to 51 from 48 in October, surpassing the market's expectation of 48. This improvement was mainly concentrated among independent voters, whose consumer confidence reached a one-year high.
