07:27 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Forgent Power Solutions (FPS) said Thursday that Amy Ard, current executive vice president of finance, has been named as the company's new chief financial officer. She will succeed Ryan Fiedler, who will transition to an external consultant role, the company said. Forgent Power Solutions shares were down 6% pre-bell Thursday.
