Spartan Metals Posts Updated Mineral Resource Estimate for Victorio Project

06:59 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Spartan Metals (W.V) released an updated mineral resource estimate that expanded the resource of the Victorio Tungsten-Molybdenum Project in New Mexico, the company said Thursday. The MRE showed measured and indicated resources of 84.54 million short tons at 0.10% tungsten trioxide and 0.09% molybdenum. Inferred resources were 101.84 million short tons at 0.09% tungsten trioxide and 0.06% molybdenum. Measured and indicated tonnage rose 9.5% and inferred tonnage increased 31.9% from the 2012 historic estimate at a higher gross metal value cutoff. Contained metals were 165.54 million pounds of tungsten trioxide and 147.85 million pounds of molybdenum in measured and indicated resources; and 187.58 million pounds of tungsten trioxide and 130.02 million pounds of molybdenum in indicated resources.
