06:48 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Valero Energy (VLO) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Thursday of $23.90 per diluted share, up from $3.66 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $21.17. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $46.10 billion, up from $32.17 billion a year earlier. Analysts expected $42.71 billion. Valero Energy stock was up more than 2% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
