UBS Acquires 4.8% Stake in India's 360 ONE WAM

04:47 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- UBS Group (UBS) has acquired a minority stake in Indian wealth management firm 360 ONE WAM, the company said Thursday. The Swiss lender exercised all warrants it was allotted in a deal last year, taking a 4.8% equity stake in the company, or 20.5 million equity shares, the company said. UBS said it paid 25% of the exercise price at allotment and the remaining 75% when it exercised the warrants.
