04:15 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Arcus Biosciences (RCUS) priced a public offering of about 14.3 million shares at $17.50 each, to raise $250 million in gross proceeds, the company said late Wednesday. Underwriters have a 30-day option to buy up to 2.1 million additional shares. The offering is expected to close Friday, Arcus said. The company's shares were down 6.2% in premarket activity Thursday.
