Keppel Ltd. Retains Bull on Steady Strategy Execution -- Market Talk

0256 GMT - Keppel Ltd.'s steady execution of its strategy combining asset management and operations keeps Maybank Securities bullish on the stock. The Singapore asset manager is selling a 51% stake in an asset to Keppel REIT, which boosts its asset monetization progress to 3.7 billion Singapore dollars while retaining the property for recurring fee income, analyst Krishna Guha says in a note. Meanwhile, Keppel Ltd.'s Singapore power plant should offer a compelling value proposition to data center tenants as it is located close to a growing data park in the city-state, he adds.
