Element Solutions Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise

04:35 PM EDT, 10/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Element Solutions (ESI) reported Q3 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.50 per diluted share, up from $0.41 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.48. Revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30 was $995.3 million, compared with $656.1 million a year earlier. Analysts expected $964.2 million. The company said it now expects 2026 adjusted EBITDA to be about $720 million, inclusive of full-year contributions from the Micromax and EFC acquisitions, and an adjusted EPS growth rate of over 20% for the full year. Shares of Element Solutions were up 1.1% in after-hours trading.
