Update: Duos Technologies Signs $400 Million Colocation Deal; Shares Rise

Duos Technologies (DUOT) shares were up 9.5% in Wednesday trading after the company said late Tuesday it signed a 10-year colocation deal valued at more than $400 million with an unnamed US cloud services provider. Duos will provide 20 megawatts of facility capacity starting in Q2 of 2027 to support its Edge AI campus network, it said. Duos also has 25 megawatts under contract and 75 megawatts being negotiated of additional powered, data center-zoned land for the campus.
