11:24 AM EDT, 10/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Constellation Software (CSU.TO) said Wednesday that it appointed Daan Dijkhuizen as its Chief AI Officer. Dijkhuizen, who will continue as chief executive officer of the Topicus Operating Group and managing partner of VMS Ventures, Constellation's venture arm, will expand VMS Ventures' role as Constellation's vehicle for investing in AI-native vertical market software businesses, a statement said.
