Dream Industrial Closes CA$300 Million Debt Offering

09:57 AM EDT, 10/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dream Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (DIR-UN.TO) completed an offering of CA$300 million of 4.416% senior unsecured debentures, series I, Dream said Wednesday. The debentures will mature on Oct. 22, 2030. Dream plans to use the proceeds to repay existing indebtedness and for general trust purposes. As of June 30, Dream manages a portfolio comprising 348 industrial assets covering about 75.7-million square feet of gross leasable area in Canada, Europe and the U.S. Dream units were last seen up CA$0.02 to CA$13.05 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
