Grown Rogue International Increases Ownership Interest in New Jersey Subsidiary to 70%

07:22 AM EDT, 10/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Grown Rogue International (GRIN.CN) increased its ownership interest in its New Jersey subsidiary, ABCO Garden State, LLC to 70%, after it completed the exercise of its second option to acquire an additional 26% ownership interest, it said after markets closed Tuesday. The second option received approval by the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission on Sept. 16, the company said. The company has also taken majority control of ABCO's board of directors, it added. The company said that the approximately $743,000 purchase price was advanced to ABCO in 2023. "We have worked within the CRC's regulatory framework from day one, and we appreciate their review and approval," said Grown Rogue Chief Executive Officer Obie Strickler. "We remain on schedule to have construction of Phase II substantially complete by the end of 2026, bringing total New Jersey flowering canopy to approximately 16,000 square feet, with the additional capacity ramping into 2027."
