Torrent Capital Reports Preliminary Third-Quarter NAV Falls Quarter Over Quarter

05:05 PM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Torrent Capital (TORR.V) reported an estimated net asset value (NAV) of CA$28.6 million, or CA$0.75 per share as of Sept. 30, the company said in a preliminary third-quarter report after trade on Tuesday. This compares with a NAV of CA$33.1 million or CA$0.87 per share at June 30, a statement said. The lower NAV during the third quarter reflected lower valuations in technology-related holdings, the statement added. Torrent Capital shares last traded Oct. 16, when they closed at CA$0.59 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
