04:57 PM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FreightCar America (RAIL) said late Tuesday it has closed the acquisition of Trinity Equipment, a Michigan-based supplier of OEM, replacement railcar components and fastening solutions. Trinity adds complementary products and established customer and supplier relationships to FreightCar America's network across North America, the company said. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
