02:58 PM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pine Tree said Tuesday it acquired sponsor interest in a 10-property, 3.5 million-square-foot shopping center portfolio appraised at $644 million from SITE Centers (SITC), in partnership with a large international investor. The primarily grocery-anchored portfolio spans nine states and 50 US markets, Pine Tree said. Price: 3.63, Change: +0.07, Percent Change: +2.05
